Pickens and her team finished 3-1 during this live period. Faith has the size and skillset to be a tough collegiate player. She has good hands and finishes well around the rim. I love her footwork in the paint. She can also step out and knock down outside shots. She’s a good shot blocker and rebounder! One of my favorite MJ quotes, “I’ve always believed that if you put in the work, the results will come.” Pickens has put in the work and the results are showing. She holds multiple offers to play at the next level. After this live period, she picked up offers from University of Tampa, Anderson University, & Flagler College!

Faith Pickens had a great experience at the Clash. She enjoyed playing in the Select 40 for the first time and going up against high level competition. Faith made a major impact on both ends of the floor. On defense she did a great job blocking shots, but what I like the most is seeing her switch off of screens and showing that she has the lateral quickness and foot speed to guard smaller players. On offense she set very solid screens, and showed that she can pick and pop as well as pick and roll. Faith also pulled down a ton of rebounds, scored well in the post and around the rim. She had her best game against Lady Martin Bros, where she finished with 8 points, 6 rebounds, 4 blocks, 1 assist, and 2 deflections.
