I am always a fan of the ITL program and the players they have in their program. Finley was a player that stood out with her ball handling changing directions with crossover moves and step backs. Attacked the rim couple times driving her defender back then hit them with a pull up or change of direction for the finish. On defense has the lateral abilities to defend a guard but is also an excellent shot blocker on the help rotation. Another top prospect in the ITL program.
