Medlock is already ranked one of the top players in the state, yet her, how can I say this, “ceiling has no roof.” I have had a chance to watch her “on the court” progression for quite some time, and she understands how to set the defender up to score off the dribble using a slight HEZ or creating her shot to elevate and drop the jumper. #5 Medlock impressed me years ago, and I saw the potential in what she could become. Medlock is a tough force coming downhill! She combines strength and speed to put pressure on the defense. Once she gets a step, she’s tough to contain and finishes with authority.
