Grace had a strong first tournament at the Zero Gravity event, showing confidence and control throughout. She finished well around the rim with layups on both sides and plays at her own pace, never letting defenders speed her up. With a quick first step, she’s able to get by defenders and consistently create opportunities to attack the basket.

Grace is utterly sound with a technical skillset and killer instincts. Her polished handle, footwork and natural playmaking ability is nothing short of impressive for a player so young. Bourn is one of the most dynamic players in the entire class. She’s certainly worthy of the jump to the #2 spot.

Grace may be an undersized guard, but she makes up for it with her relentless hustle and determination. She’s a scrappy player who’s always the first to dive on loose balls, setting the tone with her effort. Offensively, Grace has a deep bag of moves that allow her to score against taller defenders, whether it’s crafty layups in the paint or confident jumpers from the outside. She’s also quick with the ball in her hands, making her tough to stay in front of, and her smooth three-point shot is one she knocks down with confidence.

One of VT’s most promising young players, Grace is going to surprise many within the entire region soon. She’s already proficient in many areas of the game and she has some attributes that many wouldn’t expect from such young player. Grace has a knack for creating separation from defenders as a ballhandler while processing the game at high level. She understands her spots plus she has many ways to get there. Bourn is thoroughly graceful, yet somehow just as powerful with the ball in her hands. She moves with a purpose everywhere she goes. There’s no waisted or filler dribble either; Bourn gets straight to business, a coach’s dream. This efficient and particularly effective style of play is exactly what the next level is looking for. Grace will be a prominent name to know moving forward in New England.

An enthusiastic player with the determination and want to get better. Bourn is regularly in the gym finetuning her skills. She has an unbelievable rocker-step that’ll freeze most players guarding her on the wing and she can also serve as a primary ballhandler that can also be a dynamic scorer off the bounce. Her understanding of the game is advanced already. Grace is certainly one of VT’s brightest young talents.
