was a big reason her Lincoln County High School team was successful last season. As a team they went 25-9 overall and 8-3 in their district. Tipps helped elevate the Lady Falcons play primarily with her shooting. She is a dynamic shooter, who can make shots off the dribble, while moving, or while standing still. With her versatile shotmaking, she has a quick release to go with it. Even if a defender is in her face she can snap her quick release over them before they are able to get a contest.
Tipps also has good playmaking ability, and has plus speed that helps her be a good on-ball defender on defense.

A very heady ball player who is active on both ends of the floor. From a defensive perspective, she gets steals, plays solid off ball help, and is always in position to make the right play at the right time. Offensively, she has a sweet stroke from the arc, she holds that follow through as the ball finds the bottom of the net. She has the ability to put the ball on the floor, slice through gaps, and finish at the rim. Got a taste of playing deep into the tournament last year. Look for her to take her experience and build upon that this upcoming year.

High level shooter that is better than advertised. She complements the Lincoln Co offensive attach well as another floor spacer. When York lost connection to her defensively, she made them pay.
Lincoln Co is headed for another really good year.
