Hannah was at her very best on Saturday, getting to her spots and knocking down jumpers. Lopez hit numerous threes and was sharp from the mid-range. Hannah has nice speed with the ball, able to beat defenders with a quick first step. She got the to the rim and finished with her left hand efficiently. Hannah had 17 points, 1 rebound and 2 assists.

Outside shots weren’t falling as much as they usually do for Lopez, but Hannah still found a way to guide Georgia Queen Elite to two wins. The polished playmaker sank a pair of threes in Game 1, finishing with 10 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals. In a 36-35 overtime victory, Hannah did the little things well, contributing 3 points, 1 rebound, 2 assists and 2 steals. Lopez is a smooth ball handler. Her prettiest move of the game was when she used a head fake on the catch and got downhill for a layup. After averaging 12.3 points per game as a sophomore, a true breakout season is right around the corner.

Lopez was wicked with her handle and robust scoring arsenal. Hannah is extremely polished, so smooth with the ball in her hands. Her crossover is clean, low and sharp. She’s able to create space on the perimeter and get to her spots. Hannah shoots the three very well off the dribble. When she decides to break down her man and get into the paint, she uses a soft floater to negate length. Lopez is a very skilled point guard that should have colleges across multiple levels vie for her services.

Lopez flashed spurts of her high-level offensive talent, netting three three-pointers, scoring on a left-handed drive and getting a hoop off a steal. Hannah was a bright spot as the Danes were under assault all day by the Warrior press. When Lopez had the ball in her hands, typically Denmark had successful possessions. She had a lot of burden placed on her to beat the press and then organize the offense. Her ability to shoot off the dribble and handle the ball had LFO fans impressed. I liked how she was vocal on the floor serving as a leader, instructing her teammates on where to be. Hannah finished with 13 points, 4 rebounds and 1 steal.

‘s hands. Only a sophomore but already a polished veteran after playing with the U16 Philippines team at the Women’s Asian Championship, Lopez is a heady guard that makes good decisions and can pack a punch offensively. She’s a competitive on-ball defender that is quick laterally. Lopez rebounds well for her size. Hannah has a pretty floater and is a good shooter off the dribble. The sharp ball handler limits turnovers and looks like a natural floor general.
