Cooper did a lot of good things for Tucker while being under pressure all game long. Cooper handled the ball well against Marist’s half court trap using her vision and passing ability to get the ball in the defense’s openings. She did the same off the dribble, getting past the front line of the trap and into the heart of the defense. Harmonie played hard despite being down big and showed her skill by using Euro steps and jump stops to finish at the rim. She is an effective shooter for the free throw line and elbow areas as well as beyond the three point line. Cooper made plays on defense as well, including one play where she stole the ball on Tucker’s baseline and went coast to coast scoring on a contested lay up.
