Harmony runs the floor well in transition and finishes through contact, using her body to shield off defenders. In the half-court, she is most effective in the mid-range and paint, where her height and athleticism allow her to rise over contested defense. Harmony looks prepared for the collegiate level, with the ability to both defend and contribute across positions 1 through 4.

brings a fundamentally sound, physical presence in the paint and consistently does the small things needed to impact the game. She makes herself available offensively by posting up, cutting hard through the lane, and staying active around the basket. With the ball, she uses solid footwork to create angles, turning and squaring to the basket to read the defense before making decisions.
She handles the ball confidently when attacking and in transition, protects possession well, and draws fouls through physical play. On the glass, Williams rebounds effectively and stays engaged on second efforts. Her composure, decision-making, and ball security define her efficiency and reliability.

was fun to watch in both games I saw her play this weekend. St. Anne’s-Belfield picked up an overtime win against Georgetown Visitation to start day 2. Harmony was great in this game, and she showed a few things I didn’t see as much on the first day. Both of these teams ran zone for a large part of the game, and they both found a lot of success. STAB put Harmony in the middle of the zone, and she consistently made the right play. She had a handful of great passes and hit some mid-ranges early. She put the ball on the floor well, and her tenacity on the offensive glass was a constant issue for Georgetown Visitation.

Just a fundamental sound player that scored effectively in the low block. Was able to face up a lot and get to the basket. Showed good hands catching the ball on the move to the cup. Showed that she has a capable three-point range as well versus a good OP team!

took advantage of that. Harmony dominated the offensive glass, and the way she played through contact was fun to watch. It’s one thing to have size, and it’s another to use it to welcome contact. She also did a great job putting that ball on the floor, and she has a good handle for her size.
