Andera is one of those players who consistently delivers, and Sunday was no exception. The 5’8 Garretson guard brought her customary energy and competitiveness to the Expo, making contributions at both ends of the floor. I always enjoy watching Harper’s defensive work, where she repeatedly uses her outstanding elevation and timing to challenge shots and get a piece of the basketball, even against taller opponents. Andera plays bigger than her listed height, rebounding aggressively and embracing difficult defensive assignments. Offensively, she wants the basketball in her hands and has the versatility to attack the rim, pull up from mid-range or knock down perimeter shots. Her athleticism, court awareness and relentless effort make Andera an intriguing prospect with plenty of upside.

Andera consistently impressed us throughout the summer with a complete game that impacts both ends of the floor. The Garretson guard is listed at 5’8 but often plays bigger thanks to her athleticism, timing and ability to rebound well for her position. Harper changes speeds effortlessly, sees the floor exceptionally well and has a knack for finding openings before defenders recognize them. Offensively, Andera is equally comfortable attacking the rim, pulling up in the mid-range or knocking down shots from beyond the arc. She also embraces the defensive challenge, applying relentless pressure to opposing ball handlers while helping push the pace whenever opportunities arise.
