Rice is a strong presence in the paint who has already shown she can impact a game as both a rebounder and scorer. She delivered an impressive double-double of 12 points and 13 rebounds against North Laurel in the 2026 district championship game, proving she can compete against quality competition in big moments. With her ability to battle on the boards and provide an inside scoring option, Rice has the potential to become an even more important piece for Clay County this season.

Harper is a productive forward who averaged 8.1 points per game and finished second on the team in rebounding at 6.5 boards per game, while also shooting an impressive 36% from behind the arc. She is super competitive and brings a lot of passion to the floor. At nearly 6’0”, Harper has good size, a versatile skill set, and rebounds the ball with tenacity. She is one of two talented freshmen at Clay County and has good upside. She is a prospect I’m very high on heading into the season.
