Shooting guard Hayden Decker, named to the Intermountain Conference Second Team, made 55 three-pointers for the Cowgirls in her sophomore season, and she added 7 more in two 5A state tournament games. Decker put up a double-double in No. 7 Crook County’s state consolation semifinal win over No. 6 Wilsonville on Friday. She scored 15 points on 5-of-8 from the field, with 10 rebounds and 5 assists. In addition to a smooth jump shot, Decker has nice handles and vision, and she’s a strong rebounder. The Cowgirls will meet No. 4 Crater in the fourth-place game on Saturday morning.
