Was a threat throughout but also opened the game with a big time step back three, which was a great example of her scoring chops. After a previous stream viewing this spring showed a good all around game, but struggles from three, it was a great to watch a game where she was locked from in distance. Especially in the second half as her squad poured it on in a win against competition also from Oklahoma.

Game Watched: Team Griffin 2026 vs Unity Basketball Lang
It wasn’t the best shooting performance for McDowell, but she’s type of hustle player who can leave her mark on a game even when quieter as a scorer. From jumping passing lanes, to being the one to hustle back and makes plays at the rim, the Collsinville guard was non stop energy. On offense, she was also the player often making the correct pass in transition, which speaks to her ability to impact the game by doing the little things. The one three she did connect on was a pure looking catch and shoot make, so the rising sophomore will require further viewing.
