Georgetown College is going to love having Matthews! This young lady who scored 1000 points earlier this month, is an inspiration to me. Yes, it’s known she’s got game on the court- a non-stop motor, controls the tempo, can obviously shoot from mid-range to down town, and is a play maker. But I love how she’s been an example on the football field as a kicker! Made me smile big hearing about it this past fall! Tremendous athlete!

She has great court awareness and is a scrappy guard who can make plays for her team all over the court. Very good midrange game, Jim and I saw her on the circuit this spring. Excellent handles and good leadership skills. She has decided she will continue her career at Georgetown, she is very athletic and scrappy. She is ranked #70 in her first appearance in the 2023 rankings.
