Goodie has the right name because, as good as she was the first time I saw her going against high school players and not backing down, inside the paint, well, that spoke volumes see evaluations here so watching her expand her offensive skills to score off the dribble and face the basket for buckets is nice

Goodie continues to show me her desire to get better, and one of the ways she does that is by having that “you won’t outwork me” mentality. Again, I love things you can’t teach, and that’s one of them. She played UP, and she shoed UPS to go get the ball off the rim, but her sheer strength at this stage is scary because she’s even finishing more powerfully around the basket

Goodie dropped the mic this season at a couple of Houston United Mike tryouts, and I remember her coach, Mike Rodriguez, telling me last season about her potential, and he was right, she has not only progressed from last year, but from the initial tryout this season, and her powerful moves inside the paint, plus her improved midrange are huge pluses see evaluations here

Goodie is slowly falling into that Tip Sheet waiting to happen group because since the first time I saw her a few months ago until now, she continues to elevate her game see evaluations here so let me tel you what else she’s doing. Her pull-up jumper from midrange is going to be a problem, as well as her crossover in the open court. She’s physical and finishes powerfully around the basket but I’m dropping #THROWBACK because she follows her shot. Her “on the ball” pressure is also a plus, in the set as well as baseline to baseline

Goodie has already made a couple of my Tip Sheets, see evaluations here, and referencing back to what I have seen, she is definitely elevating her game as her confidence has shot up, so has her willingness and ability to try new things on the court, but peep this, she’s so strong and powerful around the basket and that, as well as her improved skillset tells me what’s coming

Goodie is showing some signs. Her “hands and footwork” have gotten better since I caught her a few weeks ago, and so has her ballhandling under pressure. She went coast to coast several times while being defended to score or dish. She hit the boards on both ends, scored around the basket, and also played the passing lane

Goodie grabbed my attention as soon as she walked in, wearing the Purple Rain tee shirt, but her “not wanting to cause any sorrow or pain” flew right out the window when the games started, as she was running with the big girl group. She gets “IT” and seeing her read the floor and play the passing lane, against boys, had me smiling. She rebounded, did a good job scoring off the dribble, as well as from mid to long-range, but her “on the ball” pressure also looked good
