Although garnering attention from NEPSAC schools, she’s decided to stay home at Cathedral. Hijjah has went up against the best and her competitive edge always keeps her in the conversations. She has helped invalidate theories that city players just showcase their athletic ability or aggressiveness. The multifaceted guard is thorough player that understands the game. She gets concepts and executes on the fly. Hijjah has the ability to greatly assist a program. The resolute attitude will flourish and her playmaking will be translatable on the next level.

Hijjah’ tough-nosed efforts fell short in this matchup. The team’s offense just couldn’t keep up in this one. Despite the loss, there were still some shining moments. Allen-Paisely managed to get a couple tough shots off between the defense and remained aggressive. Hijjah’s assertiveness kept the game fun to watch even as the score started to get away from the Panthers.

Hijjah is a prolific scoring guard that plays with a special spark in her game. HAP performed well in the games vs Lighting Elite and GTS Fusion GUAA, who had some top-level guard play on their teams. Hijjah displayed some of her toughest moves in these exhibitions; including a combo move flurry into a floater off the glass with defenders draped all over her. Her playmaking ability is always at the forefront of her game and she uses her scoring ability to open up things for others. Defenders must know where HAP is at all times, she is a constant scoring threat and can put up points in bunches.
