Hilary Ray Hilary Ray PG Oakland-Craig | 2028 NE might be young in the game but she has already put together an experienced resumé up until this point. Ray is a guard that has smart basketball IQ, good coordination, and a calm demeanor. When the moment is at its biggest, Ray is willing to step up to hit a big shot or to make a game winning stop on defense. We saw glimpses of that, over and over, these past few months. You can tell that the game of basketball is slower to Ray than it is to others. When you watch her defensively, she gets her hands on a lot of tips/deflections because she keeps it simple and watches where the ball is placed in the opponents hands, usually leading to a turnover in some fashion. OC is going to be relevant for years to come so it’ll be exciting to see what Ray can do over her career.
