Illicia also made some great decisions in the State Finals for her team, she is a nice size guard that knows how to run her team and has a fairly well basketball IQ. She made some shots, handled the ball very well and cashed in on a solid performance that allowed her team to capture the State Title this season and we know that must feel really good to end the season on top. Illicia comes into this rankings edition at the #28 spot, she is a fiesty guard that can play this game and is not afraid on the floor, she is crafty and we loved watching her play in the State Finals. She will continue to grow in her game and she is at a pretty good program that will produce those results.
