Isabel started this season for Surrey as an 8th grader. She is a smaller guard but isn’t afraid to compete with the older girls. Her quickness in transition is very impressive. I also like her quick first step and how it allows her to get past primary defenders. She can shoot the three and has a quick release. Her defense is fundamentally sound for such a young player. She gets to help side, bumps cutters, and defends without fouling.
