Get ready for some rocket passes when Moore is on the floor! She has eyes everywhere, finding her teammates and capitalizing on fast break with her step through and finish! Offensively her hands are ready to catch and shoot, and my she can certainly deliver! She sneaks through defenders with ease!
Moore gave me a good look at the Girls TABC Showcase, see evaluation here and an even better one at the PGH Freshman Showcase, where she stood out in both the 3 on 3 as well as 5 on 5. She’s a “long and athletic guard” that too is also the base, and did a good job maneuvering past defenders in the open court. I mentioned how her court vision has gotten even better, as well as her finishing, but mixing it up with the pull-up jumper, or the “stop and pop” kept the defender guessing, see evaluation here
Moore keeps giving me MORE, and I immediately added her to the WATCHLIST after her TABC showing a few months ago, but seeing her go completely off in the 3 on 3 will elevate her even more see evaluations here Her pull-up jumper looked good, so did her “stop and pop” in transition and she showed that same energy defending “on the ball” from the 3 on 3 and it was smothering at times. Another plus is she passes the ball with either hand, in traffic, and “on the money”
Moore grabbed my attention a few months ago at the TABC Showcase, see evaluation here, and I mentioned her being “long and athletic” and saw the floor across the board, but her court vision in the set and her first step have gotten even better as she left the defender cemented while slicing to the basket and scoring. She played the passing lane, solid “on the ball” defense, and blocked some shots
Moore gave me more than her being another “long and athletic” guard as she applied heat on both ends of the court. Her defense was solid, her court vision in the set looked good, and she scored off the dribble.
