Somers is a great example of players that can play positionless basketball. She’s a do-it-all energy player that will never be out hustled on the court. Somers has a nose for the ball as soon as the shot goes up. She reads the ball off the rim and chases it down with a huge sense of urgency. Inch for inch, she’s one of the toughest rebounders in the state. Somers is a must see player in her senior season.

Somers is a very intriguing prospect with a whole lot of upside. She’s absolutely ferocious on the glass on both ends of the floor. Somers can also stretch the floor and creates matchup mismatches with her ability to step out from under the rim and deliver a consistent jumper with range.
