Jaelynn transferred to Westmoore from Moore. The 6’2 power forward had a big summer on the AAU circuit play for
Oklahoma Royal Legacy
. The early decision to make the change allowed to play with the Lady Jags during summer league. I had the opportunity to watch her play at the OU team camp. The inside play on both ends of the floor could be what the Lady Jags need to make a run at the Gold Ball. A great option in the 2 man game with scorers like

The addition of a inside game to go along with two highly ranked scorers makes Westmoore among the favorites in Class 6a. Jaelynn has picked up several offers during the two live periods..

Possibly one of the hottest 2026 coming out of Team Camps this past June. Runs the floor to keep up the fast pace temp Westmoore implies. Very physical on the blocks that actually is very effective the more contact there is. Good hands that can grab those tough passes. On defense she controls the paint area and is strong rebounder. Jaelynn has received offers from NAIA to D2 level over the past two months

Jaelynn gives Westmoore the size needed to put them in the conversation when disusing Top 6A teams The physical presence she presents in the low post will draw double teams leaving open lanes for the talent guards they have. Soft hands and a strong power dribble on the block were tough to handle this past weekend. Good job at finding the shooter on the back side drop down coverage. Jaelynn gives her team an option at going inside out on offense. Covers lot of territory in the paint allowing the guards to pressure out on top. A player whose stock will continue to go up.

Batiste is strong and controlled with the ball, she’s a force coming downhill—like a truck in the lane. Uses her size well to protect her dribble and shows impressive control with a tight handle, often finishing with a smooth interior spin move.
