Africentric knows a thing or two about finding their way to the Final 4, and Brown is a key factor in journey back to Dayton! This young lady is a fierce defender and rebounder, with great footwork in the paint!

Brown, who is a powerful Forward for Africentric, had a dominating junior year averaging a double-double with 21 ppg. and 10 rebounds. However, those stats don’t emphasize the toughness she provides defensively with her size and physicality! Her stock keeps rising!

Brown impacts the game on both ends! Any loose change inside- she’s cleaning it up for buckets! Solid footwork in the paint, finds the open guards when her shot isn’t available, and she gets after it on D! Communicates! (Below in white jersey)

She has really developed into a very productive next-level prospect. She has great footwork and I love her length. Can float and finish at the rim. Active on the offensive end, good midrange shot. Also moves well around the paint, monitoring things on the defensive end. (Featured photo above)

When it comes to her skill set, she has that on both ends of the court. The way she handles the ball, runs the offense with patience, and her shot selection was very smart. Incredibly active on the boards and rebounds the ball, most of the time for second chance points after a missed shot. With her length and speed, she runs in transition and keeps the floor wide and makes smart decisions with the ball. Last but not least, Brown will be coming onto the watchlist.

Jae’Veyonna really stood out against a team that played insane defense all game.  Brown lead the team in scoring (15)- but it was her shot selection, composure, and taking care of the ball that really stood out to me! Super active on the boards- led the team with 9! (Below, shooting)
