Jailin is another great player for Thompson who has embraced her role on her team. Not everyone can be a star, but everyone can be a star in their role, and Jailin is a star in her role. She defends bigger girls throughout the game and does a great job of boxing out and rebounding. She is always locked in defensively and has great effort when crashing the glass on the offensive end. She is what I call a great ‘glue’ player and is critical to any team winning games.

Jailin is a true hustler out on the floor and has to defend bigger girls due to Thompson’s lack of height. She does a great job of competing and plays bigger than her listed 5’9 size. She is a good post defender and competes for position near the rim. She is also a capable finisher in transition.
