Alston is a true gem. A player that can play all 5 positions and handle the ball the length of the floor. Her ability to get to the block and bang through the contacts is what makes her hard to defend. Great rebounder and knows how to push the ball in transition via the dribble or pass. A player that is one of the top 2027s in the state.

was a combination of agility, physicality, speed, and strength which made her one of the most athletic players on the court. She rebounded well and had the ability to push the ball up the floor. Alston also showed impressive ball handling skills , including a smooth reverse spin into the lane to draw contact. She was very comfortable at the free-throw line. Defensively, Alston defended primarily on the perimeter, but did challenge and block several shots in the paint and in transition defense.
