Jamison Cardwell Jamison Cardwell 5'10" | SF Gainesville | 2025 State FL was a beast in the semifinals and finals and was at her best down the stretch. Cardwell can “make the case.” She was impressive with her three point shooting, her court vision, and unselfish play. In the finals down the stretch, she continued to connect on the outside jumper and keep her team within striking distance. The clutch guard finished with the 18 points and she was a primary reason for the nail biting finish.

Jamison Caldwell came to play and she put it upon herself to get her team to the Finals. The Senior shot over 50 percent for the game and knocked down 3 three pointers as well. Caldwell hit some key shots in the 4th quarter and she was clutch. Caldwell also got to the rim and converted on a clutch floater at the rim. Carswell also showcased her versatile skills. At times she handled the ball full court and was key in breaking the full court press.

Her ability to bully smaller guards, blow by bigger defenders, and consistently knock down both three-pointers and mid-range shots makes her a matchup nightmare for most teams. The senior enters the Final Four averaging 16.2 PPG and 5.7 RPG, making her a scoring threat both on and off the ball. Expect Jamison to showcase her versatility on the big stage.

Jamison Cardwell Jamison Cardwell 5'10" | SF Gainesville | 2025 State FL pulled out the Fireworks and did a lot of damage at the Potters House. She was a force in the rebounding department from the guard position, she was a playmaker who looked to get everyone involved in the offense early. Cardwell impressed with a few kickout passes to shooters and no-look passes to cutting teammates. As the game progressed, she started feeling it and was connecting on threes, midrange shots, and drives to the rim. Cardwell’s performance was impressive and showed that she is a three level scorer who can pass the rock, and also do the little things on the court.

Jamison Cardwell Jamison Cardwell 5'10" | SF Gainesville | 2025 State FL was The player of the game in the first game of the tournament, leading the team in scoring. In game 2, Jamerson didn’t have her usual scoring game but did show a high basketball IQ and excellent court vision. Her strength is getting in the heart of the defense and creating scoring opportunities for herself and her teammates.

Jamison Cardwell Jamison Cardwell 5'10" | SF Gainesville | 2025 State FL is another Forward who can play the two guard as well as the three on the floor. On defense, Cardwell has the ability to adapt to inside play as well as perimeter play. She has good size and is physically gifted enough to mix it up with players bigger than her. On the offense, Cardwell excels on the perimeter, where she can use her ability to create shots. She can shoot the short range jumper and has the ability to maneuver into the paint and score at the rim.

Cardwell displayed the ability to handle the ball and score the ball. The Alachua county Senior also showed versatility. She is aggressive on the offensive end and is constantly on the attack.  

Jamison Cardwell Jamison Cardwell 5'10" | SF Gainesville | 2025 State FL has moved from Buchholz to Gainesville High School to team up with Jaeden Terry and a host of talented young guards. Cardwell was cooking at the FABC and getting to the rim was her main “entree”. Cardwell brings her skillset and an her near 18 points per game production to GHS and this transfer will definitely impact the District and could impact Regional play as well. Look out UF and Santa Fe, this could be the best ticket in town this upcoming basketball season.
