She understands how quickly passes to increase the tempo making some long passes up the court in transition. She has a nice shot from around the perimeter showing a quick release so no one can step in and block the shot.

Ja’Mya Boddie knows how to find the opening around the perimeter to show off her quick release and her range shooting the ball. She’s quick handling the ball being shifty with her moves to get her own space, and she uses this to get her teammates the ball hitting them in stride as they flash to the basket. She uses a nice jab step to get to the opening, too, knocking down her shot well from midrange.

She anticipates passes jumping in front of them to grab the steal on defense. On offense, she finds her open teammates cutting to the hoop and even making long passes up the court on fast breaks. She can definitely score on her own, too, knocking down her shots all around the perimeter.
