Player Bio

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am very competitive. I love to get my teammates the ball. I can shoot the 3 and run the floor as well as post up inside. I usually have pretty well rounded stats. I am also a varsity volleyball starter for the last two years. I play outside hitter and play backrow as well. My coaches describe me as the spark on the team. I love getting everyone hyped on our team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am very competitive in everything I do. I am usually pretty hyped and excited to play and compete. I love to work hard at anything I do. I work hard at school. I am good at Math and science. I wake up and workout every morning before school then go to my practices and games. I love having a full schedule and working hard towards my goals.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am active in my church and I do a lot of service there. I also have a part time job at the golf course.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed a lot of leadership skills as a captain on my basketball and volleyball team. I have a skill of getting my team hyped to play and bringing people up when they get down. I do serve in my community church group and have served as a leader in my young women's group which does service for the elderly and the homeless.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I am the youngest of six kids in my family. My oldest sibling is my sister that is 15 years older than me so I pretty much grew up with my four brothers. I lost both of my grandpa's in the last two years which was hard. I was close to both of them.

What type of college are you looking for?

I want good team chemistry and the right coach that will help me reach my goals. I would like to play and continue to develop as a player and a student. I would like to go to a college in the west so my family can watch me play. I will probably go into the health field so I want an academic experience that will support that.
