Thompson gave me a glimpse of what to expect during the 3 on 3 because she was yet another #sizedontmatter guard who not only didn’t back down, but made her presence felt on both ends. Her “on the ball” pressure was smothering at times as she defended strongly in the half and full court. Her first step is also nice as she got by the defender to score off the dribble, but her pull-up jumper and playing the passing lane were also pluses
