As Saturday’s matchup between Lola Bunnie’s Basketball Club 15U and Carolina Playmakers 15U progressed, Julmeus managed to display more aggressiveness with the ball which made things difficult on the North Carolina-based assembling’s defense. Julmeus does know when the right times are to score and when the right times are to distribute. She will find attacking lanes to the rim and utilizes her shiftiness and speed to confuse defenders and finish strong at the cup. Julmeus also thrives as a transition playmaker and displays her toughness with her willingness to fall to the floor to complete a play. Getting to the free throw line is another positive element to her game.

Add in her ability to stop on a dime and change pace and direction with an explosive first step, and it has allowed her to average 14 PPG this season.

Her relentless hustle has also led to her averaging 14.6 rebounds per game, giving her a double double on the season simply by outworking her opponents.

Jaylah is a long athlete that did a nice job of being physical on both sides of the ball. She also pushed the ball in transition with good pace after grabbing a board. Her transition game was impressive with the buckets she scored, the passes she made to advance the ball, or even showing off her handle at times to control the offense.
