It was my first time seeing Lamb live during the state finals, and she didn’t disappoint. She’s a headhunter type guard who has no issue attacking the paint and forcing defenders to deal with contact. She still has plenty of time to continue rounding out her overall skillset, but with the aggression that’s already there, she’s definitely one to keep on your radar.

A young player with a high skill level and a strong all-around game. She can push the ball in transition with speed and is comfortable scoring in multiple ways. She knocked down outside shots, hit pull-up jumpers, and showed she isn’t weak when attacking or playing inside. If Neumann was the best player on the floor, Lamb wasn’t far behind. Very impressive for such a young player and clearly someone who will continue to grow as she gains experience.

A name to follow for sure when the AAU season starts up. Lamb came into today’s game with one thing on her mind. Aggression. From the beginning of the game, she was in attack mode, and when you draw nearly 10 fouls, it shows how effective she was. | 16 pts, 3 rebs
