is a relentless attacker of the basket. If she misses her first shot at the rim, she usually gets it back and is looking for a way to score again. This relentless mindset paired with Burchard’s low post moves make her a constant threat in and around the paint. For her size at 6’0′ she has above average foot work. She can hit defenders with a quick spin move to create an an open shot or just by maneuvering well while posted up.
Along with being a double-double threat, Burchard is a great help side defender. Last season for Rhea Co., she had multiple games with three or more blocks.

Burchard is one of the athletes with tremendous upside. She continues to put the work in, and it shows when she steps on the court. She does a great job at protecting the rim. She continues to show great mobility. Jenna has the ability to stretch the floor fast. She’s an efficient athlete that can score in numerous areas. She shows solid footwork around the rim that leads to easy buckets. One thing that might go unnoticed is her passing ability. She’s a good passer that finds her open teammates! This one just picked up her first offer to Bryan College. After this season, I expect to see more come through for Jenna!

This kid gets better and better every time she steps on the floor. I love her ability to stretch the floor and contribute on the arc. When she is inside, she’s tough as she can get it done in multiple ways. Of course she can score the basketball, but rebounding is something she excels at as well, and that goes for both ends of the floor. I have seen her on the circuit, in camps, and in the high game and she just always seems to come ready to compete. No matter the opponent, this kid goes hard and leaves a lasting impression. When her team needs something, she always steps up to deliver. Talented kid who plays all four quarters as if it were her last.

Solid two-way player who has great size and brings a dominating presence to the floor. On the defensive head, anything that came into the paint, it was contested or swatted away. Offensively, she was phenomenal on the inside, going through the opposition to finish high % shots. She spotted up on the perimeter, where she knocked down a couple of big-time 3s. Was utilized well in the screen game. Solid kid whose stock is ascending upwards for sure.

To be honest, Burchard was on FIRE all day long from 3 point land! She knocked down shot after shot and she has proven that she is a consistent 3 point shooter! She has great size, standing at 6 foot! A solid rim protector that will make you alter your shot. I was extremely impressed with Jenna and her overall game.

puts it all together, she’s going to be a monster. Right now, she’s a workout warrior–when you watch her go through a workout…..you think you’re watching a D1 kid. I mean this as a compliment. Her skills and fundamentals are as good and it gets, and she’s a grinder that never leaves the gym. This season, you could see her skills really beginning to translate into season play as she put up some huge games late in the season. At her best, she will be a stretch 4 that can shoot the three, but also has the whole back of post moves. Could easily average a double double next year for Rhea.

Jenna is just starting to scratch the surface. I would have her name down on every radar because we are going to witness the development in this young athlete, and she is going to be GREAT! She is a rebounding machine and a great finisher! She has a nice pull up shot too! One thing that should definitely be talked about more is her passing! She passes extremely well! She’s an athlete with an extremely high ceiling!

A next level PF for sure. As a stretch big she’s already got the skill set of a college player, as she’s one of the better shooting bigs I’ve seen. Still learning how to make that skill set look smooth on the floor—but the foundation is there to be a big time player!

Burchard helped Rhea County take home their Christmas tournament Championship. This Rhea County team is young, but they’ve been fiesty all year. Burchard is an interesting one because while she’s still only a ’26, this is her second full season as a starter…and after a full exposure season with ETA Thunder ….she’s had a really nice year for Rhea. The 6’0 stretch post is averaging right at 11 point, 10 rebounds, and 2 blocks. Really high upside kid who can shoot it!
