Her sweet spot is in the corner where she catches, squares up and is like a bolt of lightning attacking baseline to get the floater off. Baines’ speed and power will catch your attention, but the control and precision she plays with will keep your attention.

Baines has taken her game to yet another level and this young lady, whom I called a #D1Lock while still in middle school has become a terror on both ends of the floor. I recall her throwing blistering no-look passes on the money the last time I saw her in person yet her pull-up jumper and scoring off the dribble is a problem for defenders. On the flip, she can defend in the interior or baseline to baseline plus she rebounds on both ends and plays the passing lane
