Loy is a player who flat-out knows how to get buckets and she continues to put up big scoring numbers for Ringgold. Jersey-Rae is an elite shooter with very deep range and that skill opens up the game for her to score in other ways. Loy works hard off the ball and is in constant motion to free herself from defenders. When she receives the ball she doesn’t waste time making a decision. If the space is there she will make defenses pay from three, but has worked to be a threat pulling up from the midrange and does a good job accelerating with the ball on the break and getting easy baskets. Loy is a very good on the ball defender with quick feet and active hands.
