Jordyn is one of the best kept secrets in the state of Georgia and it was great to see her shine amongst her peers on Saturday. Thomas plays the game the right way, with a high basketball IQ, and a lot of skill on the offensive end. She does a great job initiating and facilitating the offense no matter the setting she is playing in or the team she is playing on. JT is almost automatic from three when left open and knocks down a god percentage off shots that are contested. She is not just a shooter however and scored the ball in a variety of ways from all three levels as she has done on many other occasions when I have watched her play. She is tucked away in Northwest Georgia and has never played on a major circuit with travel ball. I would take her on my team any day of the week and twice on Sundays and feel very good about the point guard position. Thomas is also a very good softball player for Ridgeland High School.

Crafty on offense as she can get all the way to the rim. Really effective in transition.

Jordyn was playing all the up in the 17U division as a player who could be down as low as 14U with her age. She helped lead her FBC Dynasty team to a 4-0 finish at the PGH Peach Games. Her ball handling, shooting ability, and overall basketball IQ will make her one of the best 2029’s in Georgia for years to come. She showed off some really impressive handles and distributed the ball to her teammates unselfishly with excellent awareness and court vision. JT certainly didn’t stand out as an 8th grader playing up so many age groups.
