Hartmann has been a key player for the Carmel program since arriving there, and hasn’t slowed down on her impact since. She’s a player who can seamlessly insert herself into whatever role is needed out of her that game. If you need her to score, she can.. and she will. IF she needs to be the playmaking guard, she knows how to use her IQ to set her teammates up, while taking a “backseat”. She’s adaptable with no ego.

You truly have to sit and watch Josie play to understand how valuable she really is to a program. Her game is simple but very effective. She has great length and knows how to use it when going to the rim. High IQ and strong vision as well. She takes risks on the offensive end of the floor, which to me shows confidence.
