‘s return was one of the league’s best stories—and she didn’t just come back, she thrived. Cushman immediately reestablished herself as a high-level two-way player, impacting the game in every phase. She can score from the perimeter, attack off the dribble, defend multiple positions, and make plays for teammates. Her versatility and resilience made her a key piece for W.F. West and a deserving First Team selection.

Joy is a versatile offensive player, being able to score from anywhere on the court. She shoots the ball smoothly with a quick release from deep and knows how to attack weak spots in opposing teams defenses. She brings energy to her teammates on the court, providing big sparks throughout the game.

Joy is a player that can pick a team apart with her abundance of skills on the offensive end. She has a great three-point shot that she shoots with confidence, and she has a great floater that she can mix in when defenders close out. She hustles in transition and finishes well at the rim as well. Joy has a ton of potential to make a ton of noise on the court this upcoming season.

Joy is the two guard as Boeck is the point. One of Cushmans best weapons is that she can shoot it with the best of them if she gets any kind of space. She too has game that is advanced for her age. I also saw a willingness to get easy buckets in transition, and some floaters in the lane. She finished well on the break with either hand. She can get hot in a hurry. W.F. West has to be a pre-season favorite to go deep in the playoffs next season

Joy was one of the best shooters in the showcase. She showed the ability to make threes consistently. Not only can she shoot the lights out, she can shoot it from well beyond the arc. She has good shot mechanics and looks every bit the part of a big-time sniper for WF West next season. She and
