Chapman put up career numbers last season in the 27 games she played for 5A South Effingham. She averaged 11.8 points, 3.5 assists and 2.6 steals per contest last season. One can place Chapman in a team’s lineup at either of the guard spots in the backcourt and she will do the rest – either as a scorer or as a distributor of the ball. Chapman has established herself between her talent and veteran instincts as one opposing teams must watch out for on either end of the floor. 

Kailyn Chapman Kailyn Chapman GA was impressive on the defensive side of the floor. She applied constant pressure on the ball and created turnovers that quickly turned into transition points. Offensively, Chapman knocked down the three with confidence and showed she can stretch the defense. Her ability to defend, force steals, and capitalize on them in the open floor made her an impactful guard on both ends of the floor.
