Blake is one of the best athletes in the state of WV! She scored the first 9 points for her team. She finishes exceptionally well through contact. She continues to finish around the rim with either hand. Kaitlyn is great at finishing the old-fashioned 3 point plays. She has an excellent touch around the rim. We really can’t say enough great things about what Blake does on the court! Blake scored 21 first half points. She is the best rim runner in the state. She dominated this game! She finished the game with 37 points, shooting 15-19 from the field. She added 10 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 blocks, and 2 steals in 25 minutes of action! In my opinion, this senior will lead her team to a state championship!

What more can we say about Blake? Kaitlyn is dominating in all aspects of the game. Wheeling Central beat Tyler Consolidated 82-45. In the blowout win, Blake scored 35 points. She added 11 rebounds, 4 assists, numerous deflections, and steals! Kaitlyn continues to be unstoppable in the paint area. Teams have no answer for her. I’ve stated before that Wheeling Central has all of the tools to be state champions. Any team that has Kaitlyn on their squad, has a chance to win!

Wheeling Central has so much talent, including Blake! Kaitlyn is the standout athlete that continues to put up big numbers! She poured in 24 points in a win over Charleston Catholic. She scored 35 points in their most recent win over Weir! Kaitlyn has a long list of milestones that she has accomplished and accolades that she has received. Kaitlyn provides a strong senior leadership that takes this Wheeling Central team to another level. I love the way that Blake approaches the game. She checks off the boxes that you want in a next level athlete. She plays with great energy and body language. She rebounds exceptionally well. She is hard to stop and most teams this season have not been able to contain her. She has great footwork and finishes strong through contact. She can stretch the floor and she’s an athlete that will be on the scouting report, but I don’t think that she will be stopped!
