Pino initially grabbed my attention on the PGH Circuit back in 2024 at the Dynasty Classic see evaluation here and looking back at the notes, one thing that really stands out is her DESIRE which I label #THROWBACK because it’s something you can’t teach. Watching her “on the court” progression and showing how much she has grown has been a treat see evaluations here

Pino has already made multiple Tip Sheets by me; see evaluations here, and seeing her “on the court” progression had me smiling. She’s smooth with the ball and doesn’t get flustered, and watching her not only create her shot but also create spacing to drop looked good. Her defense was solid, and she played the passing lane

Pino made my Tip Sheet at the first evaluation see evaluation here and I mentioned her being vocal on the court yet watching her control the tempo and make the right plays places her in that “heady group” yet she also gave me a variety of moves to attack and score, including the slight HEZ to leave the defender standing but her spin move in transition was nice

Pino was one of many players who gave me something from another era that used to be prevalent which is why I use the #THROWBACK hashtag and her being “vocal on the court” made me smile. She’s an athletic guard who plays solid defense, including reading the floor and playing the passing lane yet her slight HEZ was nice as she got the defender off balance to score off the dribble, solid body control after contact

Pino is a “long and athletic” guard, which is the base and when you factor in she plays bigger than her listed height, that’s huge, and here’s why. She doesn’t mind BATTLING and goes AFTA everything off the rim, on both ends and one thing you can’t teach is DESIRE
