Known as a sharpshooter, Wiginton is an all around competitor who has a knack for making an impact in the clutch for the Tigers. After clutch shooting helped a critical District win vs Edmond North, it was a Wiginton defensive play that changed the game for BA. The Tigers were on a run in the final frame and had cut it to one. It was the senior’s backcourt pressure which forced a steal, then she quickly scored to give them their first lead of the second half. A lead they would not give up.
