Kaybrie continues to add to her offers list. She recently picked up an offer from Crown College. She has proven her mental toughness through grinding and battling injuries, and making the comeback better than the minor setback! The term gym rat is thrown around loosely at times. However, Patterson is definitely a gym rat. A good two-way player that stays active at all times on defense. You can call her the energizer of the team, because in my opinion, she makes her team run! She is an efficient high IQ athlete that is due a big July and even bigger senior season! Patterson is also playing at the Run 4 the Roses Classic!

Patterson is a super diverse guard that does a bit of everything. She leaves her mark all over the stat sheet, as she’s not necessarily prolific in any one statistical area, but does a bit of everything in all areas. She’s an adequate scorer, but doesn’t force the issue–she let’s her points come to her. She’s a nice “connector” as the ball doesn’t stick in her hands, and she’s a high IQ player that is content simply moving the ball at times (a lot of HS kids believe they must prove their value every time they touch the ball instead of simply trusting in ball movement). Patterson’s real value lies in her ability to rebound at a high level as a guard. She’s a high level defender that plays with active hands and a great motor. I really like this kid’s game. She’s a kid that can average 18 points/6 rebounds/5 assists/2 steals. That sort of versatility is incredibly valuable.

I often use the term, “Filling up a stat sheet.” Well, if Kaybrie Patterson’s name is not the definition of that, I don’t know what it is! What do you need at the next level? Kaybrie can provide a team with it all. A great rebounding guard that has non-stop effort! Patterson has a non-stop motor on both sides of the court. Defends at the highest level! A true scorer that can get your team a bucket! This one is a fun guard to watch and college coaches should definitely have their eyes on her!
