Her effort and energy carried a ton of weight for her program, and the athleticism she has displayed since her freshman season was special. At the next level, she should be able to figure out sooner than later that she’s a player who can excel as a slasher, or your go to on ball defender. Looking forward to seeing what she will accomplish.

Theres no many two guards in the senior class like Lacey. A complete athlete that can change a game, truly just off her energy and athleticism. The strong thing is that her skillset and her atheltcism goes band in hand. She is a force on the board due to her strength and vertical, she can defend multiple possessions due to her being fast and quick for the guards, and she can handle the bigs too due to her solid frame and fearlessness atttiude.

17U. Lacey was the one that had the ball in her possession when her team needed an important basket. Lacey would catch and attack in a short amount of time, making the defense react or else it would be a simple finish for the SG. With a roster that has multiple quick guards, Lacey stood out as one of their best. She was one of the most well rounded out of her group, which was pretty obvious from an outside point-of-view.

Lacey continues to improve her game as the years go on. Her frame is college-built, her athleticism is college-ready, but her ability to play any role is, in my opinion, at the top of her skill set. On both sides of the ball, Lacey is one of the best prospects in this class. She is a player to keep on any college radar.

Lacey’s frame allows her to do more than just be a scorer. On the boards she’s a problem, defensively she can deal with multiple types of players, and offensively she can be a presence in the paint, on the drive and beyond the arc. With a D1 offer already secured, Lacey should find herself receiving more as she’s been a huge piece to her high schools program successful season.

Lacey has no off switch on her motor, and she makes sure that she covers every part of the court when shes in the game. On both sides of the ball.. energy, hustle and activity are the main three words that come to mind. When you match that with her athleticism, you get a player who is tapping into the next level of their game. She’s a walking double double, a multi positional defender and can play position-less ball for a program. All weekend these characteristics were put on display from start to finish.

You need to see Kaylea’s wingspan to believe it. She uses that wingspan to rout her opponents under the rim. If her wingspan impresses you, then wait until you see her vertical. She flies into the air and uses her length and jump to rout her opponents. Her defensive game is untouchable with the way she uses her physical skills. She will be the one to watch in this class.
