About Kayleah
Expert Analysis
Ryan Morgan | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
She’s a tough player who left her mark around the rim with contact finishes, hustle boards, and a willingness to battle for position or crash in from the perimeter. Really hard worker who did all she could to win extra possessions for her squad and laid it all out there with her physicality and motor.

Due to an unfortunate knee injury last year, Kayleah missed out on her sophomore season, but with her junior season almost here, she looks to bounce back in a major way. In her freshman year, Kayleah showed great promise with a campaign consisting of averages of 6 points, 5 rebounds, and 1.6 steals per game. Be on the lookout for Kayleah to bounce back next season.

Kayleah unfortunately missed last season due to a major knee injury but has been rehabbing in order to get back on the court. Hawkins was fantastic as a freshman, averaging 12 points a game and filling her role for the team perfectly. I think she dominates next season while finally being back to fully healthy. She is patient with the ball in her hands and has great vision on the court.
