Northside Guard Kelsey Harper Kelsey Harper 5'8" | PG/SG Northside | 2028 State VA is poised for a big freshman season after a solid summer. Kelsey was on JV last year and dominated for Northside. Kelsey is great on both ends of the floor, and her ability to make plays on both sides makes her an elite talent. She forces turnovers defensively and has terrific hands. She is a great finisher and passer. Kelsey can contribute to this Northside time sooner rather than later.
