Kennedy played for a very balanced, skillful, and successful high school team throughout her four years, and she somewhat acted as their perimeter shooting threat at times. She is long, wiry, and fluid/smooth, and when she’s able to get her feet set and her shoulders square, she is a dangerous perimeter shooter. With that said, she can also handle the ball a little and initiate the offense, plus she does a nice job of using her length to affect passing lanes defensively and keep people from penetrating.

Kennedy is an extremely long, wiry, fluid athlete who has given West Lafayette good minutes since her Freshman year. She has a reputation of being a perimeter shooter, and she still is a good one, but as she’s gotten older, she’s gotten stronger and started to attack the basket more and more. As a more complete scorer, she’s been much more difficult to defend. She has improved defensively as well, she’s rebounding it at a higher rate, and she’s starting to handle the ball more and make plays for others off the bounce. She could be a nice small college sleeper.
