Kenzie TenEyck Kenzie TenEyck 5'8" | SG Raymond Central | 2027 State NE is one of the more underrated prospects that the site of Nebraska has to offer. TenEyck is a 5’8 SG with coordination, a soft touch on the ball, awareness, smarts when it comes to the X’s and O’s, and she happens to be fairly crafty as well. TenEyck plays with a calculated aggression. She knows what she wants to do and when she wants to do it, always making a valiant effort for a clean offensive attempt while attacking. Defensively, this is someone that is willing to pick you up in the full-court for a game or she can sit back and half and let you come to her. Either way, once she is on you. She isn’t coming off until instructed too. TenEyck moves to the #55 spot in this Update because of how well she has started off this Winter season. Now she just needs to keep on working.

One of the first things you notice about a player when you evaluate them is how well they move. Literally. How well they can run, move side-to-side, and the motion they run with all matters. Kenzie TenEyck Kenzie TenEyck 5'8" | SG Raymond Central | 2027 State NE moves differently. She is more smooth than most, never having a hitch in her step or anything like that. TenEyck is a lefty with a sweet shooting stroke from all three offensive levels. She is willing to go and finish at the hoop but she can also pull up from deep or from the midrange for a jumper whenever she has space. It’s been a promising two season for Kenzie. If she stays on this pace, I’m sure she is going to continue to kill it and continue to make a name for herself throughout the state.

We haven’t covered Raymond Central too much this Winter but that hasn’t stopped them from putting together an impressive showing so far. Their leader being Kenzie TenEyck Kenzie TenEyck 5'8" | SG Raymond Central | 2027 State NE at the SG position. TenEyck leads her team this season in PPG (13.3) and RPG (5.5), while shooting at a 47% clip from the field. She also happens to come in at third on her team’s list in SPG with 2.5. A pretty impressive number to accumulate each contest. TenEyck is going to be looked upon to make some big plays down the stretch when it comes to their District pairings. They do have the chance to host their Districts so home court advantage could play a huge factor in their success. The other big power house school that they have to get through for a shot at State is undefeated Lincoln Christian. A task that will not be for the faint of heart.
