She is a scorer who also shares the ball well, showing good vision to find cutters and teammates spotting up as defenders collapsed on her drives. She changes speeds effortlessly, keeps defenders off balance, and consistently created quality looks for herself and others. Her ability to attack the paint and make the right read makes her a difficult matchup for opposing guards.

Williams controlled the tempo as Team Loaded’s primary facilitator, pushing the pace and creating opportunities for teammates in transition. She displayed strong ball-handling while weaving through defenders, keeping her dribble alive, and making the right read to find open scorers. She impacted both ends of the floor, knocking down a pull-up three while generating steals that immediately turned into offense.

Kerrington is having an outstanding season for the Spartans, dominating at every level and making her presence felt on both ends of the floor. Her shot-making continues to improve, and she’s become lethal at identifying and attacking driving lanes early in transition.
