About Brianna

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a poised, high-IQ point guard who controls the pace of the game and makes strong decisions with the ball. I’m a pass-first playmaker, but I can also score when needed. I use my quickness, ball-handling, and court vision to create opportunities for myself and my teammates. I play with confidence, compete on both ends, and take pride in my defense and leadership on the floor.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a disciplined, coachable, and team-first player who brings a strong work ethic every day. I’m competitive, focused, and always looking to improve my game. Off the court, I take pride in maintaining a 3.5 GPA and balancing academics with basketball. I lead by example, stay positive, and embrace challenges as opportunities to grow.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed strong leadership and communication skills as a point guard, making sure my teammates are in the right positions and staying connected on the court. I’m a team-first player who focuses on making the right plays, being coachable, and staying positive in all situations. I take pride in my work ethic, accountability, and continuing to grow every day.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced was playing up at the 15U level while also being a freshman and taking on a high-minutes role. Competing against older, more experienced players pushed me out of my comfort zone and forced me to grow quickly both mentally and physically. There were moments where I had to adjust to the speed and physicality of the game, especially in high-pressure situations

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that will challenge me both academically and athletically, where I can continue to grow as a player and a person. I want to be part of a competitive program with strong coaching and a great team culture. Some of my top schools right now are South Carolina, James Madison, and Baylor, but I’m open to any program that’s the right fit for me.
