Injuries are never fun, especially when they temporally put a halt to one of the best recent careers among Oklahoma prospects. Lofton is a nationally ranked recruit, signed with Oklahoma, won two State Titles already and has competed all over the nation. But before last night, she hadn’t played a high school game in Oklahoma since last year’s Class 4A State championship game victory. In limited minutes, she scored 10 points and will be filled with urgency as she tries to make up for lost time. It was a

One the headliners in Oklahoma’s loaded Class of 2025 made it look easy as an unstoppable force off the dribble She feasted in transition, scoring efficiently herself or being unselfish with great dimes to teammates. In the halfcourt she’s quick and smooth on drives, along with a great second jump that helped her score second chance points too.
With her ability to seemingly get wherever she wants on the court, it would be wise to not provoke her. But an opposing player did do just that, and Lofton quickly responded with a great take to the rim. Showing some of the competitive desire that has positioned the special prospect as one of the nation’s best.

Keziah Lofton was one of my favorite players to watch on Saturday. Keziah kept Bethany in the game against St. Johns, and she showcased her high-level skillset. Keizah has a deep bag of moves she goes to when she attacks the rim. She showed that she could finish with either hand under challenging angles. The Oklahoma commit also knocked down a few jump shots and put on an absolute show, even in a losing effort.

Bethany built an early lead and their superstar junior only had to pick her spots to attack. And when she attacked, it was impressive. A couple drives stood out with “how did she do that?” moments. There was a switch hands moved that ended with a left handed floater that in particular was high level. With the ability to glide by defenders, and finish with either hand at the rim. Lofton made the game look super easy as she scored 17 points.

who just keeps proving that she is the best pure scorer in this class. Her arsenal of moves to get through traffic and get to the rim has always been ahead of peers, but she just keeps adding and adding. Last season saw her become the leader we all knew she would be as she added to her assist numbers in a big way in route to a championship with her Bethany squad. Coaches I talked to all agreed that with future projections as a basis for scouting, Lofton has a very bright future in store. Her ability to take defenders off the dribble and create her own shot is built for a league like the WNBA. Before that though, she’ll be attending her dream school, OU, where she’ll likely average 30 points per game in Coach JB’s offense.

Arguably one of the top players in the nation filled with intangibles and abilities that will translate at the next level. The left-handed, Oklahoma University commit, and recent 4A-State champion in the state of Oklahoma has size, shooting ability, and the attack capabilities and she is just getting started. She plays at her own pace and when she turns it on, very few if any can stop her. She is one of the most respected players in the class of 2025 in the Oklahoma and rightly so, Keziah is like that!

Keziah is a long, combo guard with the ability to run the point guard position. She handles the ball with pace and control and doesn’t force the issue. Standing at 6-feet she can see over the defense and has a high basketball IQ. Keziah is one of the most athletically gifted players in Oklahoma, and her passing ability is very under rated. She is left-handed but makes passing with either hand, on target to her teammates in optimal position to score. She takes the pressure off her teammates and handles it very well. She is pretty shifty with the ball when she wants to and can shoot it from the outside also. Defensively she creates problems for the opposing team by playing big and using her quick instincts to get deflections and steals. She scores great in the open floor but is ready to make a play for her teammates. Keziah was recognized and ranked the 10th player in the Class of 2025 nationally by ESPN W. Keziah has decided stay local and has verbally committed to the University of Oklahoma in the fall of 2025. It will be interesting and fun to watch Keziah this year at Bethany High school as they try and make a run for a 4A state title.
