#67 up from #75 Walker stood out a last season PGH Sophomore ID Camp in both the 3 on 3 as well as the 5 on 5 and at this season PGH The Expo, she was hands down one of the top players in attendance. She showed me a different side as she facilitated, got herws in the flow or took over offensively when needed see evaluations here

Walker is another “log and athletic” guard who understands something simple, yet effective, and that’s how to get hers “in the flow”. She also can score in droves, that’s special, yet seeing her dropping the jumper with a hand in her face was nice, so was her “catching and shooting” while being tightly guarded. Guess why I’m dropping the #THROWBACK hashtag on her? She follows her shot, which for some reason has become a lost art, but her first step, coupled with nice body control on her finishes, was nice, so was her rebounding and defense

Walker was ID’d early during the “3 on 3” games at the Sophomore ID Showcase and watching her not only create her shot but comprehending how to create for her teammates was a huge plus. That alone told me I needed to keep my eyes glued to her when the games went live and she gave me all I thought was coming and then some see evaluation here She’s so poised and under control and that’s always a plus

Walker made my “Catch and Shooters” Tip Sheet in the “3 on 3” see evaluation here, so I was excited to see her when it went live. I love watching players in different settings and she scored multiple ways while being defended. Her reverse layup going baseline was nice, and so was her “stop and pop” jumper in transition yet her “on the ball” defense and playing the passing lane JUST DID IT for me

Walker falls into that “long and athletic” guard group which is also the base and watching her set the defender up nicely to attack the basket and finish, after the lick was nice, body control played a part in it. Her jumper is legit, she elevates and releases fluidly yet she also showed she could “catch and shoot” from mid to long-range
